Pallet Racking & Shelving
Pallet Racking Solutions
Adjustable pallet racking is a feature in many industrial environments and warehouses, used to store palletised and bulky loads. The challenge with any pallet racking installation is to design a workable layout to maximise storage capacity, to ensure appropriate accessibility and to ensure that the forklift truck effectively interfaces with the rack face. With our experience, we can create a practical bulk storage facility that combines high-density storage with easy accessibility.
Adjustable Pallet Racking & Shelving
-
Ideal for storing all palletised and non-palletised loads
-
Wide aisles allow full manoeuvrability of fork lift trucks
-
100% access to individual pallets
-
Fully adjustable beam levels to suit varying pallet heights
-
Cost-effective use of conventional fork-lift trucks
Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking
-
Offers the same flexibility found in Adjustable Pallet Racking. Storage capacity is increased by reducing aisle width & storing pallets to a greater height
-
Allows access to each individual pallet whilst retaining full system adjustability
-
A narrow aisle forklift truck is required, but the cost is offset by the added value of better volume utilisation
Push Back Pallet Racking
-
Pallets are stored on sloping rollers supported on pallet racking
-
Pallets pushed back and retrieved from one side only
-
Offers good occupancy rates with a high-density system and can store a variety of pallet types together
Drive In/Drive Through Pallet Racking
-
Allows high density storage for installations with pallet retrieval from one side only except with drive-through applications
-
Suitable for seasonal goods with low stock rotation
-
Ideal for cold and chill storage and bulk storage applications

Hand-loaded Shelving Solutions
Hand loaded shelving is a relatively low-tech product – just a number of adjustable shelves supported by side frames or uprights.
